The library offers many opportunities to learn new skills in everything from personal growth to the latest technical program. You can train for a career, expand your skills, or learn a foreign language – all through your computer. Some of these programs are available to Plymouth card holders only. LinkedIn Learning is an open online course website offering video courses taught by industry experts in software, creative, and business skills. With over 13,000 online videos and courses, LinkedIn Learning is a premier platform for continuing education in business, technology, and the arts.

Gale Courses are instructor lead comprehensive courses in a variety of topics including business, computers, health care, personal enrichment, photography, programming and more. Enroll in a wide variety of online classes using your Plymouth Library card. Courses are about 6 weeks long and certificates of completion are available. (Plymouth card holders only)
Learn languages such as French, Spanish, Japanese, German, Greek, Italian, Russian, Mandarin Chinese and Brazilian Portuguese. There are also courses in ESL Polish, ESL Spanish, and ESL Brazilian Portuguese. You must first create a profile on the Mango login page if you wish to track your progress! LearningExpress Library is a digital learning product available to residents of Michigan, through the Michigan Electronic Library (MeL). Log in with your library card or Michigan driver’s license to access this database. LearningExpress covers test preparation for a variety of academic and civil service exams, basic skills, and tutorials for all ages and abilities.
The Adobe website offers video tutorials for all the Adobe products from beginning through advanced. This is a great starting place to learn more about the all the available programs offered by the Adobe Creative Cloud. Many of these tutorials offer practice files and projects.
