Game Club!

Game ClubOur virtual Game Club is the perfect excuse for a Family Game Night! Get everyone together to play a board or card game for some good old fashioned family fun, or try a game that requires no equipment. Games like I SPY and 20 QUESTIONS don’t require anything but at least two people to play.

Send a picture of your family and/or friends playing a game to srp@plymouthlibrary.org to win a prize.

Virtual Storytimes!

StorytimeEvery Wednesday and Sunday we will post a new video of a library staff member reading a storytime book on our Facebook page!

Also, every Sunday we will post a new “Virtual Storytime Kit”. They will give you a book suggestion that you can read or listen to on Hoopla and then some fun activity and discussion suggestions to go along with that book.

Pizza and Pages!

P&PA Zoom book club for grades 4th-7th
We have a great new way to participate in our Pizza and Pages book club while staying safe! Register online from our events calendar, in person or call us at 734-453-0750 option 5. We will call or email you to set up a way for you pick up a bag with your book, pizza coupon and activity supplies. You will receive an email reminder with the Zoom meeting information a few days before the program.

Beanstack is a service provided by the library to help families discover books based age and interests. Once you sign up, Beanstack will send you a weekly email with a book recommendations and a library program suggestion. You will also have access to tools that help you keep track of what books have been read, booklists, and more!

Check out Tumblebooks!

Tumble Book Library has over 1100 titles for grades K-6, and includes our unique animated, talking picture books, read-along chapter books, National Geographic videos, non-fiction books, playlists, as well as books in Spanish and French. Plus, the collection features Graphic Novels – a kid favorite! There are no check-out times or wait lists: the books are always available to everyone!

It’s a great resource for tech-savvy kids, and teaches them the joy of reading in a format they’ll love.
