Fermenting at home is easier than you think. Join Renee from Organic Stepping Stones as we explore fermentation. We will cover fermenting vegetables using salting (i.e. kraut), brining (i.e. pickles) and even a way to drink your probiotics (beet kvass).

To help you on your way we will talk about using the proper salt, temperature, why we use glass – no plastic, and the many health benefits. After participating in this event, you will have the freedom and confidence to create a variety of fermented vegetables that promotes better health.
