The Library Network, Institute of Museum and Library Services, Library of Michigan Foundation, and CultureSource have partnered with nearly 400 public libraries statewide to present the Michigan Activity Pass (MAP). Plymouth District Library patrons can use their library card to go online and print a pass at the MAP website. These passes provide complimentary or reduced cost access to 60 arts and cultural organizations across the state.
The Detroit Zoo, working with The Library Network, has established a program called Tickets & More . Through the Tickets & More program, you can purchase discounted admission tickets to the Detroit Zoo, and save on discounted memberships and dining. You can even purchase a pre-paid parking voucher. The discounted offers are updated at intervals throughout the year, in an effort to keep the program fresh.
Thanks to support from Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan and Michigan Public Libraries, FREE one-day passes into a State Park or Recreation Area will be available through nearly 500 libraries around Michigan, including the Plymouth District Library. More than 100 state parks are available for you to explore – many offering free Rec 101 programs. Choose your state park by visiting the Michigan DNR Parks and Trails Directory!
Passes are available now in the Copy Room Area on the Main Level of the Library.
