How can I arrange Birthday & Anniversary Greetings from the President?

"The President will send birthday greetings to individuals 80 or over and anniversary greetings to couples married 50 years or longer. You must notify the President of the event, in writing, at least 6 weeks before the celebrated occasion. Include in your letter: the name (s) and address, including sip code of the person (s) to be honored, and information about the event including the date, number of years being celebrated and whether it is a birthday or anniversary. "
