from the Wayne County Regional Library for the Blind & Physically Handicapped

The Plymouth Library maintains a small deposit collection of book tapes for those patrons who are enrolled in the Library of Congress program administered through the Regional Library for the Blind and Physically Handicapped. These cassette tapes must be used in conjuction with the special tape players provided free of charge by the Library of Congress. Tapes borrowed from the Plymouth Library may be returned by mail postage-free to the address provided on the cassette box.

This free library service is provided for residents of Wayne County who are unable to read standard printed materials due to a visual or physical handicap. If you know someone who qualifies for this excellent program, you may get more information or pick up an application at the library.
